In order to provide top-notch inspection services, including track, civil, electrical, structural, and rail system inspections, System-Rail closely collaborates with our clients on their projects. Through research and familiarization with project plans, drawings, and requirements, our inspectors pay special attention. System-Rail is aware that having this degree of expertise is essential for properly planning, executing, and managing the project.

Our inspectors put in a lot of effort to ensure that projects are successfully collaborated through ongoing stakeholder engagement and coordination, issuing notices of non-conformance reports as necessary, and maintaining strict respect to all local rules. We examine the construction activities and the site every day, keeping an eye out for any changes to the field conditions while abiding by all relevant contract requirements and agency standards.

The field staff at System-Rail prepare thorough and succinct inspector daily reports (IDR) that include all pertinent information, such as the weather, the length of each shift, the people working on the project, the tools and equipment they are using, the force account work they are tracking, project communications, and field instructions regarding the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety-related concerns of each project and activity. Our larger System Rail team continuously monitors and reviews any problems to ensure that progress toward resolution or remedial action(s) is being made.
